in all its basted glory. House specialties include the Louisiana burger,
Texas-style brisket, and the pulled pork meal. Meatballs and buffalo wings,
combo dinners, burgers, dogs, and sandwiches round out the menu, with
traditional sides of coleslaw, corn bread, corn on the cob, potato salad,
